CHIRO FIRST ALLIANCE SERVICES, LLC (“Chiro First Alliance,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides alliance membership services and communications for members and providers joining the alliance.

We may collect contact information, membership and signup information, communication preferences, messages you send to us, and website or device information needed to operate and secure our services.
How We Use Information
We use information to administer alliance membership, provide alliance activity reminders and updates, respond to requests, maintain security, document consent and communication preferences, and comply with legal obligations.
SMS And Mobile Information
If you affirmatively select the optional SMS consent checkbox in the Chiro First Alliance signup paperwork, we may send monthly alliance activity reminders and updates. Message frequency is approximately once per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers only as needed to deliver the messaging service and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
