Chiro First Alliance SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Chiro First Alliance messaging program operated by CHIRO FIRST ALLIANCE SERVICES, LLC.
Program Description
After you affirmatively opt in, Chiro First Alliance may send monthly alliance activity reminders and updates to members and providers joining the alliance.
Consent
SMS consent is collected through a dedicated, unchecked checkbox in the Chiro First Alliance signup paperwork. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or joining the alliance. Messages are sent only to people who affirmatively opt in; purchased, rented, shared, or automatically imported marketing lists are not used.
Message Frequency And Charges
Message frequency is approximately once per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt Out And Help
Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further text messages unless you complete a new opt-in. Reply HELP for help or contact info@chirofirstalliance.com or 541-773-9222
Delivery
Delivery is subject to wireless-network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
